Stand in awe of God – he is compassionate
He is compassionate
The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion. (Psalm 116:5)
The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love. (Ps 103:8)
The LORD is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made. (Ps 145:9)
Yet the LORD longs to be gracious to you; he rises to show you compassion. For the LORD is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him! (Isaish 30:18)
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, (2 Cor 1:3)
